Bio

Originally from Can Tho, Vietnam, "Miyagi" was raised in Tampa, FL, where he was captivated by the Hip-Hop culture.

As a biracial immigrant, his music expresses passion for social justice, cultural awareness, lyricism and clever wordplay.

Music is art, expression, and therapy. But behind the music, lies a fire that

is fueled by a need to touch the hearts of all who listen. To uplift, educate,

and inspire others, is the best service one can do for their community.

Through music, Miyagi is able to bridge generational and cultural gaps by

being himself, a “child of two worlds”. He encourages others to be proud

of who they are and where they come from.

Because we all have a story to tell.
